What's happening in the world of SLP?

Hey all. Summer is approaching and So Long, Pluto will soon be reuniting.

And do you know what that means? That's right, super fun sleep overs and scary movies all night. And maybe some music... maybe.

Really though, we're coming back in style (at least we like to make believe we are). We're playing The University of Scranton battle of the bands on May 9th. It'll be our first official show of the summer and we hope to see you there. After that, fuggetaboutit. We'll be going into hibernation and practicing new material. The parts are there, they just need to be assembled. Besides, you're probably as sick of hearing the same ole stuff as we are.

Also, turn your attention to songjoust.com this Saturday and for the ensuing month. We're in a national battle of the bands representing Dear Old State (Penn State) after winning that battle. Yeah I know, we've been battling a bit too much lately. We'll let you know when our fuse runs dry. Anyway, every band uploads one song and the band with the most plays after one month receives a record deal. Sweet stuff, eh? Help us out if you please.
