That's right, kids. For those of you who don't know, SLP has been invited to play a battle of the bands at The HUB-Robeson Center at Penn State Main Campus this upcoming Saturday, March 21st. The battle starts at 9:00 p.m. and So Long, Pluto will take the stage at 11:00 p.m. The top 5 bands will be invited back to open for a national act, which hasn't been announced. (I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Britney.) We've got some stiff competition, so we'd love it if you came out and supported us in your SLP shirts, if you've got them (the amount of people that attend for us gets factored into the voting.) Plus, the show is 100% free, so it's the perfect excuse to come check out So Long, Pluto if you haven't already! We'll see you all there on Saturday!- Murphy
